Disc Production
Ag Clutch has a well equipped disc production area. The facility enables us to recondition and manufacture various discs from 150-430mm in diameter. Air/Hydraulic Riveting machinery and the latest electronic production facing riveting machine ensuring efficiency and a quality product.
Clutch Cover Production / Rebuilding
Ag Clutch builds new and remanufactured cover assemblies with either single or multi rivet hydraulic presses and electronic rebuilding machines, allowing modification to whatever specifications are required.
Clutch Fault Diagnosis
Ag Clutch utilise computerised testing equipment to evaluate clutch faults. OE and aftermarket companies rely on Ag Clutch to give them technical information regarding failure diagnosis. Using linked databases containing such information as bearing and clamp loads, release tolerances and setup heights, Ag Clutch downloads these to our clutch testing machines, providing the operator instant access to crucial data needed to correctly analyse the cover. This technology is unsurpassed in Australia and provides our customers with the most accurate and reliable source of information available.

Our custom designed and engineered pressure plate testing facility provides the ability to check and assess the quality of varying manufacturers products, in addition we are able to problem solve using simulated operating conditions.
